Going into someone else's map of the world

Communicate differently and you'll see exciting changes happening around you. What's the deal about listening deeply? How can we ask the 'correct' questions, such that we lead and influence effectively? It's all about going into someone else's map of the world - the Singaporean way.

About the Event

It can be really exhausting to face resistance when you communicate. How can we better listen deeply, so that we create a safe space for the people around us? How can we ask powerful questions, such that we help others see and hear more options and possibilities? Note: this workshop combines Communicating Differently Parts 1 and 2 with even more exciting resources, so if you have missed those webinars, come for this to get the full experience!

Here's the schedule for the day:

1000-1200 - The various kinds of listening

1200-1300 - Lunch Break

1300-1500 - Meta Model Questioning Patterns 1

1500-1700 - Meta Model Questioning Patterns 2

Pssss... the Meta Model questioning patterns can sound really pompous and 'unnatural' at times. How can we do it the "Singaporean" way? That's what we're going to find out!

Workshop fees include a cheat booklet for the Meta Model Questioning Patterns. As usual, the workshop will be recorded, so sign up even if you cannot make it live, and we'll send the resources and recording to you for your learning at your own time!
